can't get click & send to print

I had a problem earlier with click & send not accepting postage codes. Thank you for the replies on that posting.


Now I can't get it to print out my label. I have paid with credit card


which is showing on my bank account.  The info for the label is showing up in shopping basket but needs paying for which I have already done.


Is it only me that has problems with click and send?

If you have paid then go to your emails as you would have been sent one from C&S and you have 24 hrs to print the label from there.


If that does not work repay and see if you can print it this time.


Then on Monday call C&S and they will credit back the extra payment.


If still not able to print after the repay then you will have to call C&S Monday and get them to email the label for you to print and do the refund of over payment.


Stay on the phone to them till it has printed.

I just processed a label to see if it is ok, and had no issues at all.


Have you ticked the boxes for what you want to print out?


Might sound silly but some times you think you ticked it but missed doing it.

I had a problem on a new computer last Friday. The print window is a POPUP, so if your browser blocks them then nothing will happen.


I phoned Click and Send customer support and they helped me sort it. But anyway there is an email that is sent - click the link in the email and you'll find a PDF file of the label.

Well so far I have tried re-doing it and no luck! It seems to me that the 'pop up' is popping up but it is blank.


The items are showing up in my ebay as 'sent' and my bank account shows both attempts as 'pending'


Looks like I will have to phone click& send

Have you tried updating to the lastest version of Adobe Reader? This sometimes happens if you're using an older version.
