I receive two notifications of payment and yet cannot find any payments in paypal - where could they be?

I receive two notifications of payment and yet cannot find any payments in paypal - where could they be?


 


When I "accept payment" - I get a message saying there ae no payments to accept? where could they be? does it take a few days for the money to land? or is there a glitch? could they have gone to another person by mistake?

I receive two notifications of payment and yet cannot find any payments in paypal - where could they be?

Careful they are not fake emails saying you have made payments, because there are some going around. Don't click on anything and delete them.


 


If you are waiting for payments to you, have you upgraded your PayPal to a premier account for selling?, because you can't accept payments with a personal account.


Also check that your email address in paypal is correct.

Have you upgraded your Paypal account to a Premier or Business a/c which is necessary for selling? Once you upgrade sometimes payments appear for you to see.


 


Please make sure you never go to Paypal via links in any emails always browse to the site and log in normally and check your account that way.
