Can I block a person from bidding on my items?

Hi this person as bidded twice on my items and when the item is nearly finishing he cancel I dont mind once but twice the $ amount is small $5.00


Can I report him or block him from  bidding on my stuff/??

If it's the bidder vwith 55 bid retractions in the last 6 months, report as Invalid Bid Retractions using this link > Additional  Information:

Also put the ID on your Blocked Bidders list:

You can find the link to your blocked bidder list on the site map, you can find the link to most places there.


 


As already said you should report them for too many bid retractions, I have seen members have their buying rights suspended for as few as half a dozen in six months so this numpty should certainly be reported.


My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income.
