Yes there is more advertising lately, assumed to offset the cost of free listings and other changes recently available, and guessing there will be more in the future, just learn to live with it and ignore.

Advertising is one thing, making people believe that they are "one of the few chosen ones" is a little bit different.

What cracks me up is those eBay emails with 'suggestions' of what you might like to buy....only they are all the stuff you looked at last but they weren't what you wanted so not a single one of them has been bookmarked.  If I didn't add them to my list then I'm not going to now. ;\
