Have been trying to change from the basic store to a featured store as per the new changes. Every time l hit submit nothing happens... It comes back saying l don't have all the required information to sell on eBay and wants me to open an eBay store... I ALREADY HAVE ONE !!! Just trying to upgrade...

For the last few months I have not been able to upload photo's when selling on ebay, I click on the upload photo icon and it goes to a dialogue box saying that the "server was not found". I recently sold a DVD on ebay thinking postage would be only a couple dollars. Aust Post advised I could purchase a prepaid satchel up to 500g for $6.60 or a padded bag for $1.30 and postage would be $6.60. Is there a cheaper way to send DVDs in their case?

Sunday was working, 8 hours on Monday wasted trying to print 7 labels, yesterday 1 label printed successfully. Today 1 label is all I need, I cannot retrieve as pdf through transaction summary OR print from website. Looks like I will have to unsubscribe as it is total rubbish.

If you have an ebay store is it possible to create a coupon code such as 20% off rather than just a sale, so that only selected customers can recieve an item on sale? e.g. if they buy something, give a coupon in the mail with their package?

I recantly bought and paid for and item and when I received the item it was broken. I don't think it was packaged properly. So I contacted seller and they asked me to send photos which I did. Then they said it was the fault of the post office and because I didn't buy insurance there was nothing...

I changed my username in May 2009 and at the time was told my feedback wouldn't be carried over to my new id username. I had a feedback score of 1129.
