how come you don't recieve product you paid for but they allowed to still sell on e-bay not very fair is it
I paid for a product on e bay paid with pay-pal never recived my item from a well known seller after 4-months no one really  cares so how much is the seller ripping the customer off must be making millions

ebay used to have distance, example 10ks 25ks 50ks and so on from any post code now they dont why, i dont use ebay much because of this

I have bought something for $1,200 through ebay which to me is a lot of money. It is something which cannot be posted and the seller has said that he will deliver it to me. Why can't I email a friend any more?
why is the email a friend option greyed out and not available?  Not everyone has Facebook, Twitter etc.  This discriminates against sharing with people who choose not to have Facebook, Twitter etc.

New Turbo Lister not showing Designer View

The dishwasher I sold had cockroach remains on the bottom and very small superficial rust marks that I did not see. Buyer picked up
Who is responsible and what should I do I'm the seller. I told him to gently use a rust cleaner. He feels he bid to much for the item and wants a partical refund.

I won an auction, paid for the item, now the seller tells it me it is no longer available. are they in contract to provide that item?
The seller tells me that the item I won and paid for is no longer available. It is my understanding that the seller is legally bound to provide me with that, or an identical item unless I am willing to compromise. What are my options?

Just after some friendly advice on this one. Had item listed as Auction starting at $150 or BIN $200, local pick up only. After 3 days had around 12 watchers. Listings that are listed into end of month and counted as such --final dates goes into next month are counted as listings in the both months
Have listed items on the 28/4/2013 counted as a listing but listed to end in 5 days as we do-1/3/5/7 days which took the listing to 3/5/2013  then this listing comes of listings for that month also- should`nt that somehow be credited to that month as it has been listed already ????
