I recently sold a DVD on ebay thinking postage would be only a couple dollars. Aust Post advised I could purchase a prepaid satchel up to 500g for $6.60 or a padded bag for $1.30 and postage would be $6.60. Is there a cheaper way to send DVDs in their case?

Sunday was working, 8 hours on Monday wasted trying to print 7 labels, yesterday 1 label printed successfully. Today 1 label is all I need, I cannot retrieve as pdf through transaction summary OR print from website. Looks like I will have to unsubscribe as it is total rubbish.

Hi there There is a new 5kg. Prepaid Satchel but it does not appear on ebay"s listing for Regular Post only on their Express list. How can I get this 5kg. Prepaid parcel Post satchel to show as a Regular Postage and not as Express postage which costs more?

I received an item that it was not descibed. I paid the postage fee for $8 but she used the $1.10 envelope which does not protect the item. To all sellers and buyers, I'm sure you're all aware by now but just in case you're not, Aust Post has increased all their rates from 2 April. This includes charges for shipping/packaging materials as well as the pain-in-the-butt postage itself. The default values set by E-Bay haven't changed yet...

Hi, when I click on 'add ebay items' and my items appear I tick the boxes and click 'continue' but I get this pop up 'Your settings do not allow the selected country of your address entry'. I am just getting used to using turbo lister. Can anyone tell me if I can specify sending by registered letter(for domestic & worldwide 0)? If so how do I go about it. I can see the option for registered parcel but not letter.

I have registered for click&send, I am now trying to send item, when it asks which service I put Australia Post and enter details, when I go to process it the payment is more than the $6.60 flat rate, am I doing something wrong, I have not done this before any help would be appreciated, thank...

Hi, Read several posts that state click & send only offers seller protection when lodged over the counter and scanned. If the local P.O "refuses" to scan as proof of posting which mine has the last time I asked [late last year] would paying the extra $1 for signature on delivery be acceptable...

Can someone please tell me the quickest way to enter flat postage rates so it comes up with postage $7 in the 'postage' area. I haven't used ebay in a while and every option seems to be really complicated having to enter dimensions etc. just to give a simple option. Looking forward to your feedback...

I have 4 items with bids on them all from the same person in Germany. (Yippee) I want to know what is the best way to combine the shipping, include insurance / registration etc at invoice time.
