Hi,i have a customer who has used Buy It NOW to purchase multiple items of me,they are all $1.95 ea and all the same product,They purchased 3 of the same item a couple of days ago then they got another 3 a minute later and so i sent them an invoice.the next morning this person got another 3 items...

I currently have some items for sale and wish to list some more but for some reason when I try to list any items it just goes back to my log in page, I reenter the details and it goes back to to the log on page, so I can't list items to sell. (I am not at my limit). Is anyone else having this...

If you have an ebay store is it possible to create a coupon code such as 20% off rather than just a sale, so that only selected customers can recieve an item on sale? e.g. if they buy something, give a coupon in the mail with their package?

I had an ebayer offer $50 for a $70 item and I accepted the offer. The buyer emailed saying he'd changed his mind. He then left feedback. The problem is, the feedback now shows the $50 price and the item is still for sale for $70 Buy It Now or best offer. How do I hide the price in the feedback?...

I am constantly being reminded to leave feedback on customers who have not paid for their items, but I am am not able to leave negative feedback. We are told to be honest & that feedback is how to rate a member but in this case it doesn't seem to apply.
