My suggestion is DO NOT use this facility. On Sun 22 Nov, I ordered a gift for person flying overseas on evening of Fri 27 Nov. Order was actioned immediately and item posted Mon 23, (or so I was advised). At 10.14pm Fri 27 Nov, I received advice that I could collect the item - way too late. In desperation, I had gone to Big W on the Friday morning to purchase a similar gift, and it only cost me $3 more. (Live 29km from Big W but was going near there twice weekly for medical treatment,so thought I'd save $9 postage - next time I'll just buy the item from BigW, or elsewherre!)
