had trouble trying to buy a ipad air from seller dalytso said he was from humeburn Qld trading through ausluck so i rang ausluck they never heard of him . just a scammer did anyone else have trouble. should have known better by the cheap price.

BOTH the iphone AND the ipad you bought are fraudulent listings for non existent items listed by SCAMMERS using copy and paste of real seller's listings.
As mentioned in this thread, Ausluck's listings seem to be the most copied:
If you paid by Paypal, log directly on to Paypal and open disputes immediately .
Escalate to claims as soon as the system allows.
Beware of spoof/phishing emails you may receive. Don't open them and don't click on any links.
Run all your spyware , keylogging and virus protection and change all your passwords regularly

Both of those listings were reported to ebay when live and ebay did nothing.
