I purchased an item 191639855404  on the promise of a DISCOUNT WITH THE EBAY PROMOTION saying "SHOW ME HOW"  one had to bid on the item and it showed the discount -  WHERE DO I GET THE PROMO CODE FROM ???????? for the discount
