Hi there
I escalated a dispute to a claim since I didn't get an item I bought a while ago.
The item was sent by STANDARD POSTAGE, not registered since I contacted the seller and she told me that. PayPal has decided not to refund my money at all, so in the end I have no money and no item (I paid with PayPal).
What should I do now? Why is that? I am very upset with PayPal as I thought I would get a refund.
Any advice? I tried to contact the seller and no answer anymore!
