I wanted to buy a book for an international seller. I just sent my best offer as requested. The next thing I know, I was sent the invoice to pay for the item. Later a reminder to pay for the item.
I haven't made my mind yet to buy the item. I asked for the best price, but I haven't click in buy it now or make a bid.
Why have I been forced to buy the book?
