Purchased item relisted

Yesterday i submitted a "best offer" for an item with about 5 hours before the listing ended. I never got a response so a couple of minutes before it ended i selected "buy it now" for the listed price. My account shows this item in my purchase history as awaiting payment. It was listed as "pick up only" so i have contacted the seller for the address. I have not had a response for this enquiry either.

This morning i noticed that the item has been relisted!

The item is a second hand 3in1 bathroom light/heater/fan so it is highly unlikely that the seller has multiple of the same item for sale.

I tried to find out how to release the sellers contact details so i could phone up to confirm the purchase but i can't find where this option is. I've also been around in circles on the "Help & Contact" pages. Can anyone help please?
