Free postage adds postage

Often items listed as "free postage" add postage when i add them to cart.  I'm logged in with my address displayed so I'm continually puzzled and annnoyed that this occurs.

If you are buying from an overseas seller, it often means free within that country.

In the listing always check under the postage section and enter your location first.
