HELP!!!! I'm trying to cancel an order I just made but I can't find it! How do I contact eBay?

Hi there!

I'm trying to cancel an order I just made but its not possible. I just ordered something under a guest account with my email, but when I log into my usual Ebay account then the order isn't there, but I know I ordered it. It's in the guest account under the same email address but I cant access it! I want to CANCEL this order ASAP, how do I contact ebay? Every route I take from their website to contact them gives me a dead end! HELP PLEASE!

If you purchased using a guest account of course it is not going to be in your ebay account.

There is no point in contacting ebay...they cannot/will not cancel an order.

You need to contact the seller directly and ask them to cancel for you.  But be warned, they are not obliged to cancel the order and may open an Unpaid Item dispute to get their fees back.

Ebay is not a game....if you buy/win an item you pay for it or risk a strike against your account.
