Having issues with the sort drop down menu and the options on the left hand side of page

When I search for an item I am unable to access the SORT dropdown menu or any of the options on the left hand side of page where it says see all.

It's a current eBay site glitch that others are also reporting together with only first 11 listings showing in full in a search.
