This is not eBay or the seller you're talking to here, just members like yourself.
You need to contact the seller and ask for a mutual cancellation, but be aware the seller is not obligated to agree to that and may well open an unpaid item dispute against you.
Presumably you knew what the postage charges were before you either bid or commited to buy, so why did you go ahead with the purchase???
