I have 2 unpaid items but I have no idea what they are and now I can't buy anything new, which is obviously a disaster!!! How do I fix this? Somebody please help 😞

Do you have 2 unpaid items or do you have 2 unpaid item cases that have been closed against you within 12 months.
Check in purchase history and if you don't have any unpaid items there that means you didn't pay for at least 2 items in the last 12 months.
If your account has 2 or more unpaid strikes you can't bid or buy from anyone with blocks set up.
Reason for this, eBay sellers pay fees when you win an auction or buy something so rather than not pay you should pay and resell it yourself if you have changed your mind or don't need it anymore.
