I am not sure how you could know you were suppose to recieve it today? did you order it express post?
I'd hope you do not mean the 'estimated delivery dates' those are invented by ebay and put on everyone's listings. They do not reflect REAL postage speeds and are very rarely correct
Have you contacted the seller?
