I have spent over 2 hrs with the phone but it will not recognise my SIM cards
Sometimes it accepts SIM 1 and not other times and when I enter SIM 2 it reconises neither so I will be returning it as faulty

Do not send it back to an address the seller (in China) nominates, open a case with eBay's "money back guarantee" and go from there.
If the seller gives eBay a Chinese address explain to eBay that you cannot send an item with Lithium ion battteries overseas by normal AP post, a specialist courier (expensive) has to do it .
