Item not arriving from China.

I paid $ 17.20 AUD for item #272255141694 on 30 may 2016. I have not received it yet.

The vendor emailed for extended delivery date. I accepted.

Now I cannot contact them. Their mailbox is full and there are no replies.

I think I have been scammed.

I received an automated message from Ebay that 30 days has expired since the proposed delivery date and they cannot help.

I had faith in Ebay. A faith that extended to the expectation that their fine print being OK and I was in good hands.

Is there anything else I can do?

If you paid by PayPal log into there.

Then make a claim for INR. (You have 180 days in PayPal)
