Item not sent - refund question

Hey!

I recently bought an cellphone but the seller contacted me explaining that there was some problem with shipping and stocking blabla and that I wouldnt receive the item.He asked me if i would be ok with a full refund, wich I am.

What are the next steps? I just have to wait for him to send the money back to my paypal account?

If you advised the seller you want a refund, it only takes the seller 2 minutes to log into PayPal and click on the refund button next to your transaction.

 

If you don't have the refund within 48 hours, open a PayPal case as soon as the system allows.

That should spur the seller into refunding.

 

Then you can leave appropriate feedback depending on how quickly the seller refunds. Smiley Wink
