Sorry to burst your bubble but we do not need to reword anything.
The boards do not sell anything, neither does ebay. If you have a complaint you need to contact the seller that you bought the item from.
Could you post the item number so someone can have a look and perhaps advise you how to get a refund if it is warranted.
