yesterday the seller was able to add more photos to her listing for me, today she tells me it was damaged overnight but wont provide proof.(I politely asked her to send a picture so I could see if I could do anyhting about thedamage from a tray of hot oil and sausages a child spilt all over it last night) I won and have paid for the item, and I want it. What can I do?I have her address, I was to pick up the chair today.

It is bad form but you can't force the seller to sell to you. Ask the seller for a refund without getting snarky or rude, it is all you can do.
