The seller is charging 2 different prices for the same article.

I have come across this issue a few times.The seller has the same article for 2 different prices.One looks cheaper ,because it has less postage, but the buying price is more. The second is the price is lower but the postage is a lot higher.Has any one seen this? Do you think it is right?

I always search by using price + postage, lowest first so I don't care how the components are made up, I am getting it at the cheapest total price.
