Unpaid for items. How do I pay

So I have two unpaid for strikes and i really want to buy something. How do I pay for the unpaid items? They aren't in my buying list

Sellers "Blocked Bidders Lists" come into force when there are 2 or more UPI's in 12 months, so you'll need to wait until one drops off and then you can buy from sellers that have those blocks in place.
