hi. I am trying to buy an item from Hong Kong. When I add it to my shopping cart a message comes up saying I can't buy it as I don't have a valid postal address. I have had plenty of items posted to me without a problem. The item has free postage to Australia and I have tried buying the item from a couple of sellers in case the problem was with the seller but the same thing happened. Any ideas? I have purchased items from Hong Kong before without any issues. Any help would be great 🙂

Are you using a post office box as your address?
Most overseas sellers will not post to PO Boxes.
If that is not the problem then it just means that those sellers will not post to Australia.
Or the item is forbidden in Australia....is it by any chance a laser of some sort?
