i bought item during night

but I know that i ordered tihi item by mistake..

so i sent message to seller..

but he didn't reply 

how can i cancel item .. 

would you please help me...

You can't cancel, only the seller can do that and they are NOT obligated to do so

Buying is a two step process to prevent people 'buying by mistake'

If you do not pay for another item in future, you will not be able to purchase from sellers who block non-payers

Best to pay for it and sell it yourself once it arrives
