Kiho, I am guessing the seller is pushing you for fast payment and you are not happy with the way the seller has communicated and want to cancel.
Payment on eBay can vary but usually buyers will pay either immediately or within 2-3 days of listing ending.
Otherwise arrangements with the seller should be made if payment terms aren't specified in a listing.
Message the seller and try to work out a mutual acceptable time especially if it's one of the pick up items you have won.
