hi i bought dvd player from <Removed> its used item i didnt ask for used item i didne check the condition all of that the product says refuirbished but unfortunately its not working i send e photo off the dvd players condition so you can take action.

Nobody here can take action for you, we are just members like yourself.
You need to contact the seller to ask what they can do for you, but if it's the seller you've already left a neg for they might not be very willing to help, they are also away until 23rd september.
Before leaving negs you should always contact the seller first.
