i just bought two dvds ,there just pirated copys ,not from a company i thought its against the law ,i didnt realise it was just a backyard bloke selling pirated movies ,would not have bought them ,not even the same cover as the item i purchased , , soo sick of this ,

If you are basing your assumption that the item is fake on the fact that the artwork is not the same as the listing then you are treading on dangerous ground.
Many sellers listing CDs and DVDs will state that the artwork may vary from that pictured.
And plenty of "backyard blokes" sell DVDs that are not pirated.....they don't have to be a company or even a registered business to sell on ebay. They are not breaking any laws.
