I bought a Waeco fridge/freezer from a site estimated delivery 18/11/15. Sunday 15/11/15 I received a message had been despatched. The location of item is half an hour drive from me and today 20/11/15 still not received. The money has been taken from my account. I think it may have been a rip off and I'm trying to ring ebay to find out about the seller.

That seller looks suspicious.
All feedback is the same and from different Chinese members.
Have you contacted the seller to see what their response is?
I would wait until next Wednesday and if it hasn't arrived from SA then open a case for Item Not Received.
