I paid for an item by direct deposit and haven't received it ,ebay tells me to contact seller but he doesn't answer and hasn't confirmed my payment to his bank account , what options are there when ebay sends you in circles , that " I haven't paid and contact seller " ? anyone else had this and had any succes in resolving it ?
