I accidently bid on something and won and the seller has let me out of the contract what happwns now who has to make the next move

The seller will probably send you something to finalise the transaction and get their fees back.
If they send a Cancellation then you need to accept it as soon as possible.
If they open an Unpaid Item dispute you don't need to do anything if you are not paying for the item. This may give you a strike on your account. One strike will do you no harm but any more and you will find yourself restricted in your buying on ebay if sellers have their blocks in place.
Ebay is not a game...sellers pay fees as soon as you win an item. It is also not possible to "accidentally" place a bid....you have to place the bid and then confirm it.
