Hi, I bought a fan brush late last night & granddaughter said wrong one, so cancelled it first thing this morning, ( sent two messages to seller through Ebay to cancel it but tonight it's showed up on my account. As I don't buy a lot on Ebay, as older & like to see quality & try sizes.!!! Could someone please tell me what I can do to get a refund, when I gave them plenty of notice today not to send it.
