Hi,
I havent received my ordered item yet that I ordered on 4 April and supposed to receive on 23 April.
Would you please kindly inform me what is the problem.
I have already been charged the money from my account.
Seems like I cant trust ebay anymore.

Unfortunately you have left it far too late to claim via paypal if that is how you paid.
You only have 45 days to open an INR (item not received) claim with paypal.
If you funded the payment with a credit card you may be able to contact your CC provider and request a charge back.
