Hi, I bought a coat from a UK clothing company, the incorrect size was posted. I immediately let them know when the garment arrived and they said to post it back, they will refund the postage ($63) to my paypal account. I posted the coat back on the 19th March, the day after it arrived, still don,t have the refund or the correct size coat. I have emailed them numerous times, they keep saying the refund and despatch are "happening today" but no joy. How long do I wait?
