after leaving a negative feedback,I have agreed to change it, but can't Why

Hello,

i recived a bid I won and when it arrived it was Broken and black in colour,it was cheap so I left a negative feedback and 

thought no more, I have never left a feedback that was negative before!

then the seller emailed me and offered a refund and a new one for free!

i thanked him and he said if I request a revised feedback would I leave another feedback,

i said deffinately!

well I received the request I accepted and went to write a new one and was blocked, it said that

either I had left one

or maybe time has run out

or trade 55 ( I don't know what that is) 

i kept leaving questions in help,but when I followed the link, I got a green boxed message saying

i have none to reverse!

now I'm worried because I have recieved a email from the seller noticing I haven't revised my feedback,

pits niw a worry to me, I like this seller and his products and I don't want any problems,

i just need to reverse this negative feedback and regret leaving it! Now in hindsight!

please help me urgently because I don't want to run out of time!

i have tried to contact customer services but that's awkward too!
