how can I get help the help center sends me around in circles.

I purched a baby moniter back in march and did not recive.  it I had contact with with seller he asked me to be patient.  as the post was slow  .the next contact he said the goods were on the dock  .the last contact that I sent came back do not reply to this measage.     when  I go on to the help center on ebay I just get the runner round.this seller is still selling these goods ????????I cane not get a phone call ...or email from help center how do I go about geting my money back the item has gone of my ebay: with being able to leve feed back?????????????what do I do....

To the right of item in your purchase history in the small drop down menu select "I didn't receive it".

Follow the prompts to open a case.
