Hi I purchased an item on the 31st March. I am still waiting for it. They said it has been sent and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number doesn't work so I have sent the case to paypal and the seller has another week to respond. The courier company never got back to me either. What happens now? I know they said they sent it but I don't have it and my partner and i work full time so if they attempted delivery a card would have been left. So does anyone know what happens next? I just want a refund now as i am tired of chasing them. If it was sent to the wrong house then what happens?
