I have waited till the end of the Auction hopping to get a good price, Turning down many other sellers as I wanterd this persific Item, but after winning the Auction and paying for the item through PayPal he sent me a message saying that it was suppose to start at $99 not $.99 and refunded my winningbid of $22. he also had a simerla Item ysterday but took it of f as it sold for $.99 .. I dont want the refund as I wantthe Item to complete my renervation in the bathroom. What can I do?
