I recently left multiple neutral feedback for a seller, but have since been in contact with the seller and we have come to a mutually satisfactory agreement. I would like to change the feedback I left.
the seller can send you a fb revision requst, but there is a limit set by eBay on how many revision requests a seller can send out, 13 all to you will prob. take up their whole limit
you could ask them to send one
or you could just add a comment to each of the 13 fbs you left saying all resolved after discussion with seller.
this is a perfct example of why a buyer should NOT leave any fb until all avenues of discussion/resolution have been exhausted
