HI I am emailing you as I have an item on my list on which I don't want to purchase
The reason that I don';t want to purchase is that at first
I don't have the funds
I don't want the product and have no use for it
I was searching for a friend and they wanted to know more about the item then some how I received an email saying I am in a dispute
I am trying to resolve this as I am not interested in purchasing this product for the reason stated above

you bought it by clicking on Buy and Confirm (two steps)
now either you pay for it or you get a strike for non payment and certain sellers will soon have you on their blocked lists and you'll be finding it very difficult to buy anything (but as you say you dont have the money that may be a good thing).
eBay selling is a business and livelyhood for many, dont mess with their business if you dont intend to go thru with paying for your purchases.
