although there is a possibility they are made for domestic consumption only.. and not for export.  they would be foolish to ignore a market of that size.

The Husqvarna Group "are a global purchasing actor, who sources from suppliers worldwide that contribute to fulfill our purchasing vision"

It is sad how many European manufacturers have become nothing more than a brand name.  If you look at a company like Groupe SEB they don't manufacture, they source from many different manufacturers and over the years they have aquired well known brand names like Tefal, Krups, Rowenta, Moulinex and more.  They source products from all over the world and then decide what label to put on them.

If you look at the price of the Husqvarna 365 in other countries like in the UK it is cheaper than in Australia.  Therefore it is not surprising that it is cheaper to buy it straight out of China ... just as it is cheaper to buy most electronics.

If the email communication posted earlier was from Husqvarna Australia then I am not surprised.  They are not likely to say ...oh poo it is cheaper for Australians to buy it from overseas then to pay our prices.  However, bear in mind the cost of staff to warehouse etc, the GST component, the warranty, etc and you will understand the difference in price.
