No response from seller fake tracking number

seller had a three month delivery date so that i couldn't start any action until after the time had expired so i couldn't even leave feedback. I had no way of contacting ebay until after the date had expired. The tracking number that they gave me was false so I left messages for the seller but he did not answer so my money was tied up for three months before i can ask for a refund. i am still **bleep** that i can't leave feedback either. how do we stop these chineese companys from doing this in the future?

Why on earth did you buy when the delivery time was 3 months?

Feedback is the least of your worries....surely you want your money back?

Go into your paypal account and open a dispute there....no waiting period there and much quicker than an ebay dispute.
