Hi,
I sent an email to the seller on 1st Feb, in reply to his email, of the 31st Jan, stating that his Leather Zippered Phone cases did not fit my Nokia Asha 300 properley & he has not replied. Below are the two emails that were sent . HELP REQUIRED with this situation!

Start an Item Not As Described case - if the seller doesn't respond to that within the specified period, eBay will refund you.

Seller is in Hong Kong, so I wouldn't be returning without postage compensation upfront. If the cost of returning is more than the item is worth you could also argue that aspect.
The seller also seems to have issues with the eBay MBG - http://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Selling/eBay-case-8-days-time-limit-is-very-stupid/m-p/2035665#U2035...

THANKS TO ALL WHO RESPONDED TO MY QUERY
It has been resolved now - as I had to get ebay to fix it & I got my refund.
