I still don't why you'd need headphones for a wedding. Where was she going to get married? At the U.N? The only other explanation I can think of is her being a personal trainer, she might have wanted the coke for some weight loss program.

Hard to comprehend that anybody would pack these heavy, lumpy, different sized bundles into her luggage and not be thinking something is not right.  If i bought 18 headphones, I would like to check that is what I really got.  I mean it could have been explosives.
