On other threads,some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.

I have a Disabled sticker, still need it when I have sciatica probably will need it forever.  It lasts 3 years and you have to re new it.  I didn't know that when I got Les one.   When I returned it the girl said it was years over renewal, no one ever questioned us about it.

Purple good you are feeling less pain.   My old neighbour  had a fall last week, cracked a vetabrae, poor old bloke is in a great deal of pain, will take at least 2 months to heal. He is in his 70's and has started to look frail.

linda .....geez your poor old neighbour   it seems that i am constantly hearing about people with back trouble and horrible 

back injuries been a few from hubbys work but to long a story to tell you all them

Ooaks--we are a bunch of old crookies.

Wasnt going to mention it-but i have had the gout back again.

This time in the right knee--had it since Sat.

Before you all get excited with cures etc-im taking tablets

and cramming the cherries in..ok.

Getting in and out of the car is the worst.

Stawka-just when i thought it was safe--a strong wind warning has

i must say though i have had a few good tips on here and guess what i made hubby buy on the weekend .......cherrys lol..........

got the ones in a jar cus we remembered we bought them last year to put in a trifle and they were very nice and cheaper than the tinned ones

But I hope you are taking the meds and the cherries,  not just saying you are.

Gout is arthritis.  Lotsa people think is cos you're a p...pot   - it's not

Ooak, my problems are minor, compared to some.

I have osteo-arthritis and need to walk with a stick.

I also have emphysema and have breathing problems.

Other stuff, but I won't bore you with it.

I like to use my ailments to get out of doing housework,   lol     

So far, it's working  

edit:  yes the cherries have natural ibuprofen in them,

so they work.   Red grapes are the same

gee    like i have said before this getting older realy STINKS 

hubby and i are feeling down cus of the wheel chair purchase and we were saying it's not turned out like we hoped we thought we'd be

able to go away more ....have time for day/weekends away ext but no 

feeling a bit fed up actualy 

some oldies are lucky and can get around and do stuff but most are like us all suffering with something to varying degrees 

think i have a touch of the monday blues ( miss hubby ) as well

plus ( me blardy parcel has still not shown up but thats for another thread lol )............but it's put me in a peeped of mood 

might take another tablet and have some cherrys with greek yoghurt that will shut me up for a bit lol

Ooaks didnt you know we are all old with everything under the sun wrong with us??

It is a yr. since I fell down some stairs and broke my foot, broke all bones in my left foot, was in plaster for ages, housebound, then I had a moonboot for ages, but at least I could get around, and even now 1yr later it still hurts every now and again.

I have spinal problems and I suffer from asthma.........no asthma this yr. so far, but the 2 previuos yrs, i was very sick with asthma.

So, I think Richo should re-name this thread, to...........Richo's Sicko"s..............................what do you think????

Yep PH---Richos Sickos--has a ring to it---we all suffer in some way.

Old age is the main reason.
