Your right richo - freezing outside but supposed to get to 24.

Car service today so won't be going anywhere. Family coming for dinner tonight. When we get there car back, I am off to buy the Queensland tickets - just on $1000 for all of us to go to the Outback Spect, the 3 park pass and 3 to go to Currumbin.

jv, Frank & I wanted to go to a dinner and caberet show at Jupiter's but I don't think they have them now - I can't see them on their website. Would you know? Do you also know what the Harbour Cruise with the seafood smorgasbord is like?

lol at the Smurfs Linda. A friend down here still has all her smurfs she got years ago - from the BP shop (I think).

Hi there is usually a show on at the Casino all the time.......and is usually of a high standard..........ok just went into the site and had a scratch around...looks like the theatre at the Casino is in for a huge reno and wont be completed till april 2012

In regard to a Harbour cruise with seafood not sure what that is about.

If you want a really nice lunch the Regatta on the Tweed does very nice steaks and lobster for around the 15 dollar mark per person.........that is for lunch not sure if you guys will have a car with you so dont know if driving is an option.......one has to book at the Regatta and ask to sit riverside.

Sounds like good value on all the passes......that Outback Spec is something else.......is a very good quality show

There is an old school friend living in Brisbane now and we were going to see if him and his wife would come down one day. We thought the seafood cruise would be OK to go on with them and they could stay the night as we have the extra room. Have to ring and check first anyway.

Matt, Kim and James won't go out much at night (except dinner) because of James. They have 5 pools with all the whistles at their resort so late afternoon/evening they will probably stay there. Frank and I will do out own thing.

Can you tell I am starting to get excited?

Yes i bet you are so looking forward to the break......and we dont go out of a night simply cant be bothered is easier for us to go out for lunch.......shame about the show at the Casino:(
